Dholera is rapidly emerging as India’s next big tech and infrastructure hub.
Tata Electronics is investing ₹91,000 crore in an AI-enabled semiconductor plant, with production set for December 2026, supported by companies like Inox Air, Tokyo Electron, and Merck. Infrastructure in the 22.5 sq. km Activation Area is 95% complete, while the Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway and Dholera–Bhimnath Railway are nearing completion. The Greenfield International Airport, slated for December 2025, will handle up to 50 million passengers annually. The 4,400 MW Dholera Solar Park strengthens its clean energy vision, and total investments have surpassed ₹35,984 crore. With major projects, rising real estate demand, and Marriott’s first 5-star hotel underway, Dholera is fast becoming a global industrial and smart city powerhouse.
