In 2025, Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL) has established several strategic partnerships to accelerate industrial growth. Collaborations with leading Japanese and Korean companies are driving advancements in electric vehicles, clean technology, and semiconductor manufacturing. The Central Government is actively supporting plans for a new semiconductor fabrication unit, reinforcing India’s Make in India vision. Additionally, real estate and infrastructure developers are joining forces to develop housing townships, IT parks, and industrial zones across the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), marking a new phase of integrated and sustainable development.
